This warranty does not cover:

Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival

If your Harmony Foot product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem
  • Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
