RETURNS

You may also use prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return and shipping labels with be paid or reimbursed by us.


Defective Items 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. 


REFUNDS 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your order. Please allow at least ten days (10) from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
